Luis and Andy are the greatest, they arrived on time and had our truck unloaded in no time, they even offered to stay and help us set up some of the things that needed put together, like the bed and dinning room table.
I would recommend them to anyone who needs help in loading and unloading. I wish I had them when we loaded the truck. Next time I will give them a call

I can not say enough good things about the two men hired from Friendly Movers on Penske's web page who loaded my truck with an extremely heavy two piece of furniture.
They were knowledgeable about how to move the large , heavy cabinet. Never complained about the heat and humidity outside; loaded every item and tied it down securely in the time hired. At the end of the 3,000 mile trip the items in the truck were just as secure as when loaded in Florida.
I wish I could say good things about the unloading at the destination by another company serviced from U-haul.

They were on time, and very polite. Very careful with all of our belongings, and they worked incredibly hard. The two of them got more work done in two hours than I think 3 or 4 guys from another place would've gotten done in three hours. They really worked hard for those two hours. Would most definitely use them again!

I mostly needed help with heavy and bulky items. The team was wonderful. In the 2 hours I had them they packed up the van which included a pool table, big coach, solid wood hand made dining table as well as other furniture. They wrapped everything and tied things down. They even brought their own rope and twine. Just a great job and I would highly recommend them.
They were exactly on time and ready to work.
