The crew from JC Movers was great! They arrived on time and ready to work! The 4 man crew managed to load our 4 bedroom house and unload it at our new address in 7 hours and best of all, nothing was broken. I would and have already recommended them to friends and family.

Showed up more than three hours late with only half the crew. The job involved loading a storage container with the contents of a two bedroom house. This took four hours. This is because of the two movers one was excellent and one was terrible. The competent one did a good job but unfortunately had to leave early. The terrible one wasted time doing nothing, dropped fragile items, kept neglecting work to banter with colleagues and did not have a clue about how to be an effective mover. Due to the delay our stuff got wet and I had to delay the post move trash removal. This was not a four hour job nor was a three plus hour delay acceptable.

Doug and Adam did an incredibly perfect and careful job unloading our entire home from two 26' Penske trucks! Ask for them for sure.

First they accidentally shoed up 11 hours before they were supposed to. Then, they called to say they would be 2 hours late, but showed up 2 and 1/2 hours late, without calling again. They were not very careful with doorways and floors. The only good thing they did was wrap some of my furniture, though some items still got damaged. After the loading, the front door would not close properly. One of the guys kept arguing with me that it was like that and it was the lock when it clearly was not. Bottom line is I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS! If you care about your property and your furniture, look elsewhere.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A followed up phone to introduce our Move Coordinator and an opportunity to discuss the details of the move and any special instructions on the date of service. We will also call the day before to confirm the order is still scheduled as planned.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our trained and skilled crew will follow up with an introduction call from the morning of the job to confirm all needed material and tools that are needed with and estimated arrival time. As well as 15 minutes before arriving the crew will call the customer so the customer is prepared for their arrival.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please remove all items from the dresser drawers to avoid any values being misplaced or any fragile items being damaged. Have all boxes labeled and sealed (fragile, Kitchen, bob's room, etc.). Please have all pets confined to one area during the move. Please don't book a family outing or event on the same day as move day because unexpected situations occur beyond our control.

We have handled a variety type of moves from (loca, long distance, Office Moves, college moves, In-house moves, and evictions.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The opportunity to meet and greet new people from all walks of life such as different religions, corporate america, famous, etc. The ability to learn from each of them and open my mind to new things in life.
