I have always used U-Haul movers to help with my moving, but decided to use this company instead because of the good reviews and professional five star rating and experience. They were two hours late, but blamed it on hire-a- help company so evidently they had poor communication. I received text daily, but no one showed up and I had to call numerous times. The one gentleman looked intoxicated, but was friendly. I’m not happy with the service company nor smart moves. I never complain and I understand we all struggle, but they were very expensive and we helped load as well just to speed things up. I will never use the service hire a help again for anything.

Low blow on the intoxicated comment. "Friendly but looked intoxicated"...? It was in the 90s and we were doing an unload to the 3rd floor. We left that job (to return to later) and went straight to you when I received your message.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Rent plenty of moving blankets. When you think you have enough, get another dozen. Moving blankets are in expensive to rent from Uhaul. Only $10 a dozen to protect your items.

We do not refund for any unused time.
