The company called me the night before the move to confirm and narrow down the time of arrival. There was a problem I believe with an employee showing up for work so it ended up they had to contact another employee and that delayed their arrival time. Once they arrived, they completed the work and did everything I asked them to do.
After the bad start they completed the work and were professional.

Harvey and Jordan arrived on time and got to work immediately. They were gentle with my stuff. The best thing I can say is they packed every inch of that POD and as I am moving 2400+ miles I feel assured my stuff is secure. They were very efficient and professional. This is some of the best money I've spent and I'd use them again.

The two gentlemen that helped me worked their butt off in the AZ heat. Moved 2 large china cabinets and 2 recliner sofas and a large amount of boxes. They did a good job of packing it in.

There was an overall lack of professionalism. There was no confirmation call for the reservation and no ETA updates from the movers who arrived late. For both pieces of information I had to contact the company myself. There was also a lot of complaining about the nature of the job which was apartment with stairs. I would not recommend this company or use their services again.

They were late by 20 minutes. Did not load my truck to full capacity like told them. Did not put any of my tools on truck. And now I need to rent another truck and hire different mover for my truck as not all of the stuff was put on the truck. My belongings were damaged the other end of my move. I waisted 1000.00 because the team was to lazy and
I need to do another trip because of these clowns. Next time I will not hire this company. Did not provide any equipment to safely move my stuff from house to truck. Hid many boxes under empty boxes. Sneaky. I took pictures so the can not say I am wrong.

I highly recommend this company...Gio and his crew did an outstanding job loading my 4 bedroom house into 2 trucks in 110 degree weather...they came prepared with plastic wrap and the required tools to disassemble my furniture as needed...I am very happy that I went with New City Moving for my move.
