Our movers (Andre and Vonte) arrived exactly on time. They were fully prepared for the day and did not hesitate to begin work immediately. They demonstrated utmost care of all of our belongings. They were polite, respectful and courteous throughout the day. We truly appreciated their attention to detail and professionalism. Absolutely no damage was observed to any belongings. We would like to emphasis how pleased we were with their timeliness and general performance. They truly helped to make the move stress-free. We would highly recommend them to others and would happy to work with them again in the future.

Andre texted me and let me know the movers were going to be late less than an hour of the confirmed time but it was ok because we were stuck in traffic anyway, the guys were ok, lack of motivation on one man's part and had to be told to keep moving and to stop just standing there. Demetrius (sp?) was very polite and professional. From the other reviews sounds like Andre is the best so I would use this company again only if I was confirmed I would get Andre not these guys, and to probably do that you need to schedule more than just one day before like I did.

I had several pieces of furniture that were scratched and dented because of the way the furniture was carried and then packed in the truck. The movers carried heavy items like washing machine and cedar chest instead of using a dolly to help them. At one point one of the movers was carrying my dishwasher by the lid. My dryer had dents all over the top. The headboard to my Master Bed was cracked all the way across. My kitchen chairs were scratched all over from being packed by tangling them together. Furniture was not secured or wrapped well. Some pieces were laid straight on the floor of the truck with no blanket underneath it. Truck could have been packed much better to allow us to get more into the truck, instead we had to move several items ourselves. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
