Worst experience EVER! Not only were they 4 hours late, but when they finally showed up, they wasted an hour of my time/money feuding among themselves (7 or 8 guys) to the point where 2 Sherriff Deputies showed up in front of my house! When they finally got the house packed up, they had broken the leg of a table and taped it back on with packing tape! And now they're trying to overbill me for time they didn't work.

You asked to extend your hours with us so we could finish moving the rest of your belongings. The men arrived on time. They were not at all late & Hire A Helper verified that also. After the guys worked the additional 2 hours moving your belongings (which you asked us to do even after you were verbally made aware that we would be billing you for the additional hours) you then asked the guys to get a few more items that you forgot you had in hour car. As the men went downstairs you ran up the stairs to your apartment and slammed the door. This was all a decoy to get the guys to walk away so that you could skip out of the bill. You didn’t answer the door when they repeatedly knocked. You didn’t answer the phone when we called either so we called the police on you Ms.Davis. We have the police report to prove it and so does Hire A Helper. You also didn’t even open the door for the police Ms.Davis because you knew you were in the wrong. You had these men out there there working hard for you in this Georgia heat and you skipped out on paying for the extended hours. I’m guessing that you thought that wasn’t bad enough because you wrote this terrible review making up false allegations to try and ruin future Potentiol business. That’s called Defamation of character Ms Davis. So not only do you have an outstanding bill with our company but you tried to stop or slow our business down which in turn provides jobs to these hard working men and income for their families. We took care of our men financially for the money you refused to pay Ms. Davis. We filed the police report with the Dawson County Sheriff’s Office. Report # 20211751. This is all public information and completely legal for me to provide the report number especially since we have to prove our innocence and clear our name after you posted such a false and heinous review. The officers who were involved with the case were Deputy J. Denison & Sergeant C. Honea. Please remove this post Ms. Davis as it just isn’t right or honest.
After all the wrong that had been done the least you can do is do the right thing and take this down. I don’t know why would would go to such extreme lengths to try and ruin a company after you skipped out on the extended hours of your bill however we will be praying for you. We hope whatever you are going through in life, that things get better for you.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Just be prepared to tell us what you want to go on first if you have pods that are going different places please Figure out before hand what is going on and where, if there are items that need to come off the truck or pod first please put those items to the side or point them out and they will go on last so they can come off first.
