About Us:

We provide load/unload, pack/unpack, and are willing to drive to location. We can also help drive your moving vehicle to your new location.over 20yrs. moving exp. and have valid chauffeur lic.clean cut and very professional.We supply our own tools and moving equipment free of charge.

The owner was one of the guys who came and they arrived 30 min earlier than scheduled which was nice. They made sure to be very careful with the furniture so it wouldn't get scratched. After they moved all the furniture I had asked for, they still had about an hour left so they ended up offering to move a few more pieces of furniture and some boxes. I thought that was really nice of them since they could have just gone home after that but since I paid for the 2 hours, they were willing to move some more furniture for me. The owner was also very helpful in explaining how to pack the rest of the truck and how to position the furniture so it would fit. He also made some more very helpful suggestions in packing the rest of my stuff and pointed me in the right direction in finding cheap moving blankets to rent. I would definitely use this company again in the future and reccommend them to all my friends and family.

Hiring people to come into your home and handle your belongings involves a lot of trust. In this case, I was completely let down. The workers loaded the truck wonderfully and were gracious in accommodating my schedule when I had issues with the moving truck. They even bro…read moreught over an extra person at no charge to help out and went to more than one location to help me unload. All wonderful and I would have been grateful for the help until I discovered that at least one item was stolen from my house(in this case an e-reader). I hoped it had simply been misplaced, but when I discovered the power cord was also missing, which I never took out of the bag unless I was charging, it became obvious it was stolen. I called the company, but after Dan asked the employees if they had stolen the e-reader and they said "No.", he told me he couldn't do anything else. So, then I had to deal with filing a police report. After finding the e-reader stolen, I noticed a lot of boxes were no longer sealed with tape. I assumed they popped open during the move, but now I wonder if the movers were simply opening boxes to see if there was anything else to steal. With the chaos of moving, it could take a long time to figure out what else is missing. So, Creme de la Creme stole at least one item from my house, possibly more, and there is now an ongoing police investigation regarding the theft. Thankfully HireaHelper.com is everything the movers were not; responsible and responsive. They are dealing with the situation in a timely manner and to my satisfaction.

Overall they did an outstanding job and I would have them back anytime I needed them. My only comment to them would be that, although it did not bother me - in fact it was a bit amusing - they bickered with each other constantly about how to move things. It did not keep them from doing the job well, but some people might find it annoying. I did not, however. Although I did wonder if I was going to have to get between them at one point! Aside from that, a great job. Thank you.
