Pat, the owner, and Andre arrived on time and ready to work. Immediately, they assessed what needed to be moved and devised a plan of action. They offered some of their free services, like wrapping furniture items in blankets, but in the interest of time, left the decision up to me. They were very courteous, respectful and attention to our needs and preferences. Without hesitation, I would seek their services again and would very highly recommend using their services to anyone.

Pat and Andre were great!! They arrived on time, were eager to help, and very pleasant to deal with. When done unloading, there was still about 20 mins left in the time I booked, and they asked what else they could help with. I highly recommend them!! They made moving much easier!!

The friendly and personable, but professional, 3-person team arrived on time and worked well together, coordinating their efforts to be time-efficient as well as packing/stacking to optimally use the available space in my storage container. I received periodic assessments on the progress and was asked if I had any concerns or questions. I will hire this team again to unload the storage container in a few weeks.

These guys are beyond great! They were carefull with the furniture, careful with walls and floors and with my dog! Incredibly hard workers! They are excellent!!! Professional and easy to work with.

these guys showed up same day i called, and on a sunday. did a great job. no damage to house or things, and they moved all the things. highly recommended. came with all the supplies required, blankets, tools, dolly, boxes, etc. disassembled beds and other furniture. did it all in great time. next time i need a bay area mover ill call these guys.

These guys are, hands down, the absolute best! Very professional, polite, efficient and punctual. Patrick, the owner and manager is all about courtesy, customer service, effort and everything else you wouldn't expect from a moving service. I hired two helpers (one being Patrick, himself) to handle all the heavy lifting. He and his associate are hard working individuals who take very good care of your belongings. They make sure that you are ok with how they are handling things before they do it. It was such a fantastic experience that I've already recommended them to two other people and we will definitely be using their services again! Such a wonderful experience!!!

MovingZoom was on time (15 min early, actually) and very prepared. They worked hard and handled my property with care. I was impressed with their professionalism. I would definitely use them again.
I was most impressed with their flexibility and willingness to accommodate my unloading time. My POD was scheduled to arrive on a Friday but I was not sure of the time, so I booked the unloading for Saturday. Ideally, I preferred to have my belongings unloaded sooner than later. MovingZoom was able to change my unload day/time several times on short notice once I confirmed the delivery time of the POD. Without any trouble, they provided an extra hour of service that I did not anticipate when I made the original booking. I also had some extra moving supplies that I wanted to sell, and MovingZoom helped me find a buyer. In short, I would definitely use MovingZoom again because of the great service and willingness to accommodate my situation.

Couldn't have asked for more. Arrived on time, worked steady and hard the entire time. Most importantly, they were very careful with every item they moved, were very respectful of the house we moved in to and were so nice to work with that they reduced our stress level. The guys were great in every way - I will definitely use them again.
