I had read that they arrived on time or early, a rare thing; in my case they arrived a full hour early leaving us to scramble for last minute items. I requested 3 movers. Two of the men were young and fit and extremely hard working but, sadly, th…read moree third was an older gentleman who really shouldn't have been there. He seemed so frail we felt bad having him carry our things, he was more of a liability than an asset. They went through the house prior to begin loading and assured me everything would fit on the truck; half way through loading, the truck was full resulting in us having to make a second trip, adding 90 minutes of travel time. When they unloaded, boxes were placed wherever they decided to sit them down, despite the fact that they were labelled with their destination rooms. They were very polite and courteous, but it took them a total of 10 hours from start to finish to move my three bedroom house. Needless to say, I paid for a lot of extra hours. When I account for the extra hours, the additional trip back and forth racking up more miles on the rental truck, not to mention the price of diesel fuel, I paid more than if I had gone with a full service mover who had given me a flat, guaranteed price.

They were in good physical shape and did not hesitate to take the heaviest items. They knew all of the ins and outs from packing, stacking and covering. Nothing was damaged and all went smooth.
