The Guys from A-1 movers were courteous, friendly, and thoroughly professional. All four of the helpers worked hard. They took great care of my property, no dings or accidents. They were a little early for the job but that was not an issue for me. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. My sister had just used A-1 the week before with equally great results. Nick and Kenny were the best! They were so polite and courteous. They were careful with my belongings and took the time to wrap and protect the things that needed it. They worked fast! When my pod came I was so stressed because it looked too small. These two packed it strategically as only a professional can do. The communication with A 1 was excellent from start to finish. They are fairly priced. I highly recommend them. The only complaint is they won’t be able to unpack me once I get to Tennessee!

The guys came at the tail end of the one-hour window provided, which was totally fine, and they gave us a call to let us know their ETA. They were a couple of goofy guys who seemed to be having fun moving our stuff on a rainy Saturday. They had the right equipment to wrap up our dresser drawers, take apart and reassemble our kitchen table, and roll heavy furniture down our long apartment building hallway. They knew how to load up the U-Haul we had rented, and they were able to tie everything down securely so it didn't move at all during our bumpy 40-minute drive. They were very quick to unload the truck and put things exactly where we wanted. Regrettably, our couch didn't fit in our new place, but that is no fault of the movers. They tried everything they could, from removing the couch feet to measuring windows and taking off the back door. Ultimately they were not able to do it, but that's fine because someone at Salvation Army is going to find a great deal on a great couch just in time for the holidays. 10/10 would move with them again.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
we always call on the day of the move , my crew comes in full uniform ,with shrink wrap ,dollies , and tools , professional, caring , polite and willing to help in anyway , we start by padding and shrink wrapping all of your furniture and making sure floors and walls are protected , and the we strategically pack everything into your pod or truck with great care and precision , making sure in the process your are completely comfortable and satisfied with our work
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
all you needd to do is make sure everything is in boxes , leave the rest to us , we will take care of the rest . our job is to make your move as easy and stress free as possible
What types of moves have you handled?
we had handled all types of moves , big ,small , we also do commercial moves , we handle unloading of 53ft trucks at Renewal by Anderson window company every week and have for the past 5 years
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
meeting new people , being able to help people and making them happy , we enjoy the personal touch we inflict on our customers ,
What training do you provide your crew members?
all of my men are trained with me personally for there first 3 months , so i can teach them the way we do things here at A-1 Movers , we are not like the rest , we put our heart and soul into every customer we move ,
