Unloading: our most popular service - Most people have plenty of help at origin, but not having relationships at destination to exploit for unloading help makes this a popular service! For a guaranteed low rate, a moving crew will come to your new residence and unload for you. This service includes placement of furniture into designated rooms. Loading: a good idea for any moving customer - Properly wrapping and padding your furniture can be a daunting task. Our professional loaders will properly wrap and pad all furniture as it goes onto the truck. Make sure that you have ordered plenty of furniture blankets and a loading ramp from your truck rental company! Not all truck rental companies have the proper furniture blankets available so make sure prior to ordering your truck. If you have concerns, give us a call and we can walk you through what to order. Move Management: This is a Free service to all of our customers. U CALL WE HAUL will not only provide quality loading and unloading, but we will also coordinate all of the “moving parts”. You already have plenty to do without having to worry about the coordination of who is where and when. Sit back and relax while we make sure that your move is smooth and easy.

My trailer arrived and I am devistated, so much damage, even though the helpers had 8 dozen furnature blankets they used very few. They were given rope to secure the load and they didn't. They said they had lots of experience with big screen TVs. They packed mine in 2 pieces and didn't secure it, didn't cover it, set the top part on it's internal supports. All the supports are now broken, the screen is slid up. They also had broken one of the supports prior to finishing packing the load, since one of the supports was found stuffed in the drawer of a dresser. They had to have put it there. None of the big furnature was covered, and all of it sustained some form of damage. My custom couch has a 2" hole in the arm, my daughters dresser is trash now, the computer desk is gouged, the oak coffee table has a gouge out of it. 1/3 of the U-Haul boxes were broken open and most have holes or are severly dinted. Your helpers came into my home and asked for the payment code and told me they were done, just a some little stuff, but time was up, Had to get going. I gave them the code and they were off so quick. When I got out to the trailer, they had not loaded the BBQ, and it is huge, the stand to a punching bag, the patio set. I don't know about you, but that is not little stuff. If this is the kind of help you hire you should be out of business.

Owner that placed confirmation call was not the person who came. The movers tracked mud throughout my home and had to be yelled at to clean it up. Then the female 'coordinator' happily took a check from me for 'payment' and did not mention that they get paid electronically. They have cost me the return of my security deposit and have cost me a stop payment fee at my bank. I will never use that service again.

These people are awesome and wonderful in loading my things within in short time to my 2nd floor apartment from my Uhaul truck.I would like to hire again this U call we Haul if I am moving again without any hesitation.

I was very pleased with U CALL WE HAUL. They were very professional and friendly. It is a family owned and operated business so you can definitely tell that they take pride in what they do. They showed up on time, took care of my furniture and worked until the job was done without any complaints. My job turned out to be a lot bigger than what was anticipated but all of the guys remained positive, managed to still keep a sense of humor and still worked just as hard at 9:00 p.m. as when they first showed up in the morning. They even offered to help with certain things that were not part of their "job". I was very, very happy. I will DEFINITELY and HIGHLY recommend U Call We Haul. VERY PROFESSIONAL! The movers showed up early and would tell us not to worry about helping when we'd try to help. They called us sir or maam and were very quick. They managed to fit all of our furniture into a questionable size truck without a hassle. None of our items were damaged through the move. I am definitely going to call them the next time that we move. Extremely, extremely pleased.

Kenny and Kenny arrived on time and got right to work. There were no breaks along the way and they moved everything we asked them to. They were thoughtful and considerate. I would recommend them to anyone needing some strong backs to help with unloading.
