The guys showed up after we had a no show from the company we originally booked. They arrived a little later than planned at first but given the last minute booking they did an excellent job staying in touch throughout and letting us know when to expect them.
The actual loading was also smooth and efficient. They got a lot loaded in the 2 hrs and made sure everything was well secured. They were friendly and made the process a good experience. Would recommend them to anyone looking for help loading !

Scheduled for arrival 8 AM to 9 PM, receiveda phone call that the only entrance to the complex was not letting them in. After the conversation continued it became known that they weren't at the entrance and I still don't know where they were located. Arrived right after 8AM, andthey did not have masks on as was advertised on the contract and agreement. I had to provide the masks and then when they put them on they kept them on their chin. I told them to follow me to pick up this piece of furniture and then to come to the almost full container and they were insisting that they tour what needs to be moved. I said, most of the items are downstairs and I just need you to move these items first and I will take you downstairs. Once they complied with moving things out I took them downstairs and showed them the 2 rooms that had a small amount of items to be moved. Once they started to move items they were very slow moving things out of the house. I was outside and my daughter was inside and I would see them and then they would go back inside and I wouldn't see them for approximately 10 to 15 minutes so it was very slowly moving items out. 45 minutes before the end of the scheduled time the man in charge drove up and was looking at things and said there is limited time. I responded that I have asked them to step up the furniture and here we are with the progress. end of the story was of course they went over by 20 minutes, which should have ended after 2 hours but they went 3 hours 20 minutes. I would never hire them again.
1. The distance between the Pod or Truck affects the loading time.
2. The move is always completed faster if you allow the movers to work freely.
3. The movers will wear mask(You Provide) upon greeting and interacting. Not while doing heavy lifting.

Showed up early, which was a huge bonus! They were courteous and hard working and went above and beyond. It wasn’t easy navigating the steps up to my daughters apartment in the very old downtown home but they managed to get all her big pieces up them! They were finished in half the time quoted. I highly recommend using this service.

The guys did a great job loading the container efficiently and within 2 hours. They were able to load everything we needed and arranged it in a way that protected the items. They also did a great job moving things out of the house while not damaging anything. Would definitely recommend.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Normally a customer will receive a text message the morning of the move confirming the time. Once arrived and setup the mover will take a walk through , where you would direct them on the things needed to be done. After that all the movers would need are materials(Blankets,Straps,Rope) and TIME.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
1. Mover friendly Boxes = Allows the movers to carry 2/3 smaller lighter boxes vs Large 2. Provide Blankets , Wrap Or straps and make sure they are visible. 3. Separate the items needed to be moved
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members receive hands on training until their peak is reached. You may order 2 guys and receive 3 that means one is still in training.
