I requested at quote 8pm Monday evening (Labor day)before my PODS was delivered tues evening and I received a phone call back within 30 mins confirming. I had 2 movers to unload my 16' PODS. They called to let me know they were on their way, showed up exactly on time (they would have been early if not for heavy traffic). They were very respectful and worked diligently to get all my things unloaded. They were finished in about 1 1\2 hours, instead of 2. They not only worked hard, but were very polite and asked if I needed anything else moved before they left. I would definitely recommend hireahelper, and will use them again if I ever have the need.

Wow!!! Dennis & Nick are the BEST of the BEST at what they do! They were on time, more than efficient at making sure the truck was packed and secure, very careful when unloading all of my items, and they always had an alternate plan (ie: 1 door is too small to get the sofa through, let's try the other door).
THANK YOU guys for easing my nerves during a trying time in my life!!! I will be referring you to my other friends if they decide to move too. I loved the fact that you had each other's back at all times. (Step down, watch your hand, etc.) AWESOME Customer Service!!!

The movers arrived on time and were very professional. I did not have moving pads and they loaded my household goods to prevent any damage to my furniture. They also went to another location and picked up another piece of furniture. They only took a short break throughout the process. I am very happy that I hired them. I will use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Fast, efficient, pleasant.
But didn't pack carefully -- when I unloaded, found heavy boxes at the top of eight box stacks, crushing the boxes below them; had to re-organize the front of pod (by door) because loose items were loose.

The movers called 40 min before and arrived on time.
They came with all the tools needed and worked very hard. They were very respectful of the property being loaded and all of the property.
I would definately use them again- very professional and courteous.
