Two individuals showed up one whose name was Hunter was an excellent worker the other name Carlos spent the majority of his time watching TikTok videos, talking to his friends about sports on the phone, giggling dancing, acting, totally unprofessional the way they loaded. The truck was incredibly unprofessional Carlos just threw my stuff in there, damaging my living room tables, breaking several items, and in the end he walked off the job without finishing it we sent pictures to HireAHelper and if I worked for the company you only thing I would be would be embarrassed. I had to hire more people the next day to unload the truck and then reload it in order to get everything in the truck to complete my move , the gentleman name Hunter was put in a bad position having to work with that moron Carlos I will tell everybody I know never to hire anyone from HireAHelper as far as my guys helpers go again, very unprofessional, they never called us back, and the reason the payment was stopped with American Express. Worst experience I’ve ever had with moving. I would not recommend hire a helper or my guys moving to move a bag of dog crap from my backyard to the garbage can.

Movers, Carlos and Bryson were right on time, promptly started loading, and very careful of and considerate of items moved. I was a bit worn out from the process of planning the move, but shortly after they got started my anxiety level was totally lifted because of the ease of conversation and slight (professional) humor at times. They kept me informed about how much empty space was still available on the moving truck and always asked if their was anything else that I needed them to do ( assemble/disassemble etc. And, since I was having issues backing the U-haul into a parking space, Carlos asked me (in such a kind way) if I wanted him to back it up or am I ok doing myself. And, I was soooo happy he asked, lol. Lastly, while we were in route to the drop off address, I had to pull over because my window had clouded up pretty bad, and I dared not to take my eyes off of the narrow construction going on on that road. And, Carlos exited out of his car and approached the u-haul and I asked him to please turn on the defogger, and he did so without hesitation and we continued to the destination where they unloaded in no time at all. Long story short, and based on my experience, these guys are an awesome team, so if you are planning a move, please please give them a call!!! “My Guys Elite”, I will definitely recommend your service to everyone that are looking to make a move or any other related service. So, don’t disappoint me and prepare to be busy!

I had 4 U-pod containers, 1 of which contained half a car worth of parts ??, and they knocked it out extremely quick. They were respectful of my property, and great attitude. I would highly recommend this company.

I would suggest them have items boxed up unless ordered packing. Also would suggest them to have their beds broken down.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite apart about being a mover is showing our customer that we are not just movers. Most times at the end of our move our customers are inviting us back to eat or see them again. Our mantra is “Less like movers, more like family.”
What training do you provide your crew members?
Before they are officially tagged “My Guys” they have to go through a few simulated moves, including packing, wrapping, and moving through obstacles with furniture in hand!
