They were a little late but did call ahead and let me know. They worked hard, however, I had a few pieces that needed more manpower for lifting. If I use your service again to take things back into the house from my pod, I need someone with more muscle to lift a few heavy pieces.

Owners have no clue how to run a business. They were not on time and tried to blame the traffic on it. When that didn't work, the owners tried to say my reservationtime was an hour later. The owner hung up on me after telling that I was bull****ting and never answered again when I tried to callback. The following is the exact text message, copy/pasted - " I ended the conversation after you decided to become irrational I don't have to listen to any client speak to me inappropriately
You didn't even know what time your move was. It was scheduled between 10-11 arrival I will be contacting
Your father to advise him of your inappropriate behavior since he was the main contact Thank you ". Mind you, all I said was that I would put traffic into consideration before sending a crew out. That's what the hour window is for. I also said that I take traffic into consideration and check traffic before hitting the road. In days of smart phone everyone does. Here's when he called me a bull****ter and hung up. Nothing I said was inappropriate. If anything calling me a bull****ter is in fact inappropriate. If there was an option for zero stars that would be my review of this company. The only redeeming factor is their movers. One star is for them. I would NEVER recommend this company not would I ever use them again. Hire-A-Helper should not continue to contract with them.

This was my first time using a moving service. I cannot express how happy and greatful I am woth the Sundaze Movers guys. They came to the job on time, prepared and ready to work hard. Their friendly staff was great and reapectful of me, my family and our property. I highly recommend these guys and would certainly use their services in the future. Being a 30 year old and moving cross country by yourself is not easy. At all. But on the the most stressful of days, Dave and his crew were a burst of sunshine!! They were amazingly fast and in the meantime also found time to make me laugh which was quite recreshing. Usually my moving companies are silent or grumpy / pissed off and this team was great energy to have around before such an important move!

Great team. They moved my furniture from a storage unit to a house 5 miles away. They were on time, prepared, worked hard and were respectful of my property and furnishings. I would definitely use them again.

The guys who showed up were awful. They had to be high or drunk or some combination. They weren't careful with our belongings, things got broken or crushed. They didn't speak a word for the first hour and a half of the two hours. Nothing was done logically. There was a mix up on timing at the fault of the office and while the person I spoke with was nice, the movers took out their anger on us and we're extremely unpleasant.
I saw the team that came out to you right before they keft for your residence. No one uses drugs at our company and no one drinks during working hours. I can tell you fir 100 percent that they were not drunk or high
The only mix up was with the time as the crew thought you had an earlier time of arrival.

The movers arrived exactly at 10:00 AM and worked non-stop! Everything was loaded with care and I would definitely recommended them.

Thus is not a professional moving company. They arrived at my house to move a sectional to the basement. When two sections did not break down into smaller parts, instead of taking the door off they tried to shove them through; arguing w/each other on how it should be done and badly scratching my door and wall during the process. I contacted the owner who proceeded to give me the run around for weeks, making promises as to when she would have an answer on taking care of the door and wall. Finally, after contacting her one week after she promised to get me an answer she suddenly switched gears sent me an extremely nasty text telling me I told them to shove it through the door (since when was I the one in charge), the door was already scratched, that they were not liable, that I was the worst client she's dealt w/in 20 yr., that contractors who she talked to and that I've never met , talked to or even know their name said the same about me (bizarre), called me a raging lunatic and that she was going to call the police if I contacted her again. She was so over the top that I am now convinced this was a front from the beginning to not take responsibility for the damage. Please be very wary of this company.
