Crew arrived on time. There was concern that our rented vehicle was too small and Crew waited to charge us until we corrected our situation. They did not officially begin until 1 Hour 30min later, but were fair in beginning clock at that time. We purchased our own plastic wrap and furniture padding, unfortunately we discovered after the move that they did not use our padding which we left for them and packed boxes and wood surfaces on top of one another with no protection. In addition once the their wrap which they brought was gone and our wrap was used up, there was no mention, rather they just packed what remained as tight as possible in an effort to limit damage. We placed special fragile instructions on boxes, which were not followed. Upon unloading we found some boxes upside down or side ways, one of which had bleach that spilled on our couch cushions. This was disappointing as it will require replacement. In all, the crew was seasoned, but rushed in their packing nearing completion of work which ultimately resulted in irreparable damage to furniture items. Improved communication between Movers and ourselves during course of work would have proved extremely beneficial in eliminating errors which occurred.
