These guys called in advance of showing up and were on time and very polite. They moved the items quickly and carefully. I have already recommended them to others and would definitely use them again.

Called ahead requesting to arrive early. Brought an extra person and made quick work of unloading the truck.

Please update your training program for loading of furniture and household goods. Had more than 20 blankets from u-haul to protect -- most were rubbed free of stain and finish, broken small pieces from bookcase corners, loaded boxes unevenly. Had own load bars, thank goodness, but please train your young people and have them wear back braces.

The movers did a good, timely job of loading the goods. The goods have not been unloaded from the POD yet so I don't if anything was damaged.
BUT, when the movers arrived, the lead guy advised me that the 2 PODS would not hold all of my goods. He said I should call Hire-A-Helper for more help because they could not stay past the contracted hours and limited to just loading the PODS and could not load remaining goods on their moving truck (already at my house) and deliver to a storage unit. I also talked to the Big League manager who said they were booked, but did not offer any other assistance to help locate another mover.
Hire-A-Helper did not help me any either. I will NOT use them ever again!
I did contact another moving company on my own who worked to "squeeze" my needed move into their schedule. I DO plan to use them again.

The 2 guys they sent out were excellent. Very courteous and hard working. Treated all my stuff like it was gold. I have nothing negative to say about them.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
