I want to say that the gentlemen that actually showed up for the move were very good - if I was only rating the individual movers and the service they provided this would have been a five start rating. But, this is not the situation. I was told in a confirmation email on Sunday, from Hire-a-Helper, that Ironclad movers would be contacting me soon to discuss the move and confirm everything was on track. The move was scheduled for Thursday, 4 days later. After several hours went by on Monday I called IronClad movers during business hours and no one answered - went straight to voicemail. I followed the instructions and left my name and phone number. After another few hours with no one calling back, I performed the same routine. This routine repeated daily, multiple times a day on Tuesday and Wednesday (with no one ever answering the phone). Wednesday late afternoon, I still received no confirmation from IronClad movers. So, I called Hire-a-Helper. They assured me that IronClad Movers accepted the work and would show at the agreed upon time. IronClad workers did not show at the agreed upon time - called Hire-a-Helper and they indicated IronClad would show up by 1100. This of course goofed up the schedule for the day. Hire-a-Helper offered a discount of 5% for the late show and indicated they could find another mover. But, that mover would not likely show until the 1100 time frame. IronClad arrived at 1100 - from that point on the moving service was great. If your schedule is tight, as mine was, I would not recommend IronClad Movers to friends. They could have contacted me over three previous days - but did not - even after laving multiple voice messages. Their front end customer service was extremely poor.

Jiam & Miles are top from Ironclad. They worked hard got there on time and never stopped. They had everything and were gentlemen and respectful to all of and especially took extra care with my valuables I'd recommend them and your company to all my friends

The workers did and excellent job. Very fast and efficient. Very professional. However, there was an issue that they couldn't come at the time I had reserved, and needed to come sooner. I wasn't going to be home and we weren't ready for them so that was pretty frustrating. The fact that they did such a great job made up for that though.

The two gentlemen who came to unload my storage POD were extremely polite, efficient, and trustworthy. They wasted no time in getting to work and never took a break. They always checked with me as to the location of the items. They set up items as requested (i.e., placing mirror on dressers). I would be glad to have them work for me again.

Was to arrive 8-9, one call just before 9 saying they would be here by 10 or 10:30. They showed up at 10:40! Some stress for our move as the team showed up late. Got most stuff loaded in one POD and had the required equipment including a shoulder dolly. They worked hard and were finished in the time allotted.

Steve and Christian showed up just slightly late but quickly made up for any lost time. They were very prepared for the job, had all their tools ready, and worked very hard. They were very efficient and asked where and how we wanted things placed. We would highly recommend them and we definitely would use them again.
