Professional, on-time, efficient, courteous and got the job done in the allotted time frame. There was in issue with PODS delivering our storage unit facing the wrong way, but that did not phase or deter these gentlemen and they got to work doing what had to be done so we could start enjoying our new apartment. They were a lifesaver after a long move from TX to FL; would recommend to anyone looking to save time and stress.

The guys from Family Movers were absolutely great. They were on time and contacted me before showing up. I had a problem and could not open the POD because the loaders on the originating end did such a bad job loading. Everything shifted and was sitting against the door. The guys were great and figured out how to open the POD. They then saw the condition inside the pod and had me take photos of the mess. They set up my furniture and unloaded everything into my house as I instructed. I would definitely use Family Movers again.

What types of moves have you handled?
We are both labor and full service, for commercial, and residential. We also work for a Restoration company. We do a lot of Fire, Water, Mold where we clear out effected homes, then when the work in the home is done, we move it all back in. And set things back up.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The people you meet and the stories they share.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Basic lifting techniques, communication between Movers, proper packing and padding techniques...
