Thanks for your feedback. You're right Lou, we do prefer customers are actively involved with their move and remain on-site for the ENTIRE time to clarify any concerns or requests. I don't know how these have all of a sudden come about. My men continue to be incredibly careful on all of our jobs. The claim we scratched your floors is kind of a shocker here Lou. We observed those scratches prior to the job starting, took pictures and brought them to your attention to avoid this type of claim, so we're super surprised with your pointing the blame on us. We wrap couches based on how the load lays out so there should have been no issues or damages. The large office chair was placed upside down (as we typically do with the wheels in the air) not just tossed in as claimed. Would you have rather made it a base piece with a bunch of items placed on top of it? If you personally rearranged our work, we cannot be held liable for any problems, sorry. We did a final walk-through of your home as well as showed you the open PODS prior to closing the door, so again we don't know how these claims have come about. You were even so kind as to tip the men $100/each due to your complete satisfaction at the time!

To any one reading this review and my response, please rest assured we are very thorough and professional with all we do here at Strongmile Movers. Read all of our other reviews here or anywhere else on the internet. Some customers, every once in a while, seem to make claims that simply baffle us. Feel free to call me at any time or visit my office. My door is always open. Our customer care and service is exceptionally on-call and here for our customers every step of the way to ensure 100% satisfaction. However, some people can never be pleased and decide to, in turn, point the finger at the hard-working people who were there to help them in the first place.
