These guys were great!! They were flexible when I made a last minute decision to load a couch from a secon location. They also did the work in half the amount of time that was requested. They worked hard and took care pack the trailer so as not to cause damage to my belongings in transit. I would not hesitate to use these movers for my next move.

The team arrived 15 minutes after their one-hour window. I needed them to put together one dresser and three show racks. I did not have the glue needed for the racks, so the three helpers focused on putting the dresser together. It took them over 3.5 hours for three guys to get this done. I counted one guy leaving 5-6 times (I am sure there were more times) for periods of 10-20 minutes. At no time, did they tell me there was a problem or wax plain the delay. When they were finally done, the manager/owner called me four times in less than 10 minutes to collect payment. He hounded me to call in and settle payment for give his guys cash for the 1.5 hours they went beyond the two-hour limit. I told him I would text as before and he said he had customers in the past not pay. I told him about the 3.5+ hours to put one bedroom dresser together and he was surprised and left me alone. I would not recommend this company again and was very disappointed.
