They were very friendly and professional...they were happiest when we stayed out of the way and let them handle everything. We moved from St. Louis to Miami and they actually arrived earlier than we did by about ten minutes. It wasn't a problem, they were ready to go. Throughout the process they were sensitive enough to try and not scratch the furniture or the condo (we have a thin, winding staircase in our condo), even though we had an hourly limit. We actually went a little longer than the two hours we originally booked..but I had anticipated that, so it wasn't a problem. There was no milking the clock, standing around as the minutes ticked off...they were very professional and worked very hard on a hot, humid day. Worth the price absolutely and we would hire them again.

I knew from the start it was going to be a tough job for them because it was a tough job for me just moving a few boxes down 3 flights of stairs into a new home with three flights of stairs ....considering what they had to go through in the short amount of time they did they did an excellent job and made me laugh through the whole process. Highly recommend.

They arrived early, wore uniforms, were considerate with the building residents, were incredibly careful while moving my furniture, brought dollies and blankets, finished early, offered to help arrange heavy pieces and were friendly in the process. Ron and Clayton were just wonderful, went straight to work, knew what to do and how to do it, loaded the POD perfectly, and worked the needed two extra hours to get the work done, even though the POD was too small for fit everything into, they got the most important things in. Highly recommend them and would use them again.
