Where do I begin? Do I start with the "I got you" or the time that was taken to move our items with care meanwhile demonstrating that these guys were "the guys" for not only this project but our next big move? The reason why Charles has ONLY positive reviews is because he is a positive person who knows what he is doing.
Our recent move in February was a nightmare. I wish we had Charles and his team! This time we only had to move items from our basement to the garage to give us more space in our basement for company/guests. He and his partner were only told once what to do.
My husband Alan and I sat back and relaxed (and trust me when I say we are not easy to please). So THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. We will use this crew for any future moves within CT or maybe MA if he will oblige!
ONE MORE THING: We had an issue with the basement last month and it was supposed to be addressed. We are not the homeowner so our hands were tied. We had flooding in the basement. The owner had someone come by and they just took off and we were promised a new floor by Thanksgiving.
I called Charles the day after our project and he came by with an associate and gave us a quote. We could not use him because it was not up to us, it was up to the homeowner and he said no. When we get our next home, and we need help we know who to call.
NOTE: THIS WAS three days before Thanksgiving! When I tell you how moved I was that he actually tried to help us I had tears.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
