Arrived 50 minutes late with no tools such as a moving dolly so I was a bit nervous when they first showed up. They worked hard and fast though and we managed to get the load into the house within an hour and a half. No complaints about the service. Other than than the tardiness I'd reccomend them

The guys were nice enough. But poorly packed the truck and left a lot of empty space for how long they were working.

They arrived onsite exactly on time, ready to work. They finished the job in 51 minutes and only slowed down to drink water to stay hydrated. They did a great job, got started quickly and did not require any additional direction. They did a superior job. The apt they took the goods to was on the third floor, they never slowed down. Would highly recommend they in the future.

The guys were nice and on time, but we had 2 walls damaged, the wood floor is scratched, and we now have a dent in the fridge.

There is discrepancy as to who is actually responsible for the damage to your walls as the crew witnessed several mishaps by the folks assisting however we at Utopia will always accept responsibility for any and all damages that we are responsible for at all times
