The guys did a good job with exception to breaking one of my tables and did not tell me., Furniture was scratched although they were covered in blankets but not well.

Genius Solution Movers sent us two movers, one experienced and one with little or no experience.
They arrived an hour late. New twists were added to the contract we thought we had for additional hours if needed. We sustained approximately $4,900 in damage. The trick is they will pay for up to $0.60 per pound of the damaged item. So if a $500 coffee table is damaged but only weighs 20 pounds, you guessed it: you get $12.00.
The workers were cheerful and had a good attitude. They simply did not care for our belongings as we would have expected. They utilized inadequate padding and protection. I caught one of them standing on a priceless desk to load something higher in the truck. You get the picture.
Would I use them again? Not even if they paid me.
Followup: Gratuity was given to men 3 hours before job was complete to encourage their performance to improve. The men were kind, they were not professional movers. Few items were even padded. Pictures are available and claims have been filed.

Excellent job. Took the time to carefully go over what we needed moved and where. Planned each item before making the move so they minimized attempts going through doorways. They listened to our suggestions and were courteous and fun to work with.
We used a different group during the first part of our move. They cost a little less, but they weren't half as good as the Genius Solution guys.

The movers were professional, courteous, and on-time. I had underestimated the amount of furniture I needed moved and had requested a truck that was too small. The movers worked with me and the condo management to make two trips to get moved. In addition, there were no extra charges for pads or dollies. I highly recommend GS Movers.
