My team was excellent I had 4 men and even though I encountered some issues on my end with the moving truck. They still used the two hours efficiently until I got there with the moving truck. My 2 bedroom apartment was cleared completely out and loaded in the 2 hour frame and nothing was broken. I would highly recommend them again. Well worth the price. Thanks guys!!!

Overall a good job. They arrived on time, they worked pretty hard and efficiently. They didn't always ask where things should go, we found a few boxes in the wrong roons. All boxes were clearly labeled as we're the corresponding rooms.

I did feel that the younger of the helper was not as careful about handling some items. He tried to use the hand dolly when just picking up the item and carrying it would have been much easier and faster.

I would probably hire them again.

They were there on time and were very friendly. They worked quickly and efficiently. A couple downsides:
-They don't answer their phones or return calls in a timely manner, but they did get back to me eventually.
-they didn't bring tools even though I noted on the form that I would need them to put together a crib and two beds. They ended up not being able to put together 2 of the 3 items...
Overall, I would recommend their service. Just hope next time they throw some tools in their bag.
