My 2 bedroom, with 1 bed room barely having anything in it took 5 hours and I still can’t figure out how and why , I’m very up set for the extra hundreds of dollars that I had to spend unexpectedly, and to top it off one of the movers broke my chair. The only reason why I’m giving them 2 stars is because the actual movers were nice, even though nice doesn’t make up for the time and money i lost . I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company *Update , I AM TAKING THESE PEOPLE TO COURT , I PAID FOR “GUYS THAT SPECIALIST IN PACKING PODS “ AND THEY PACKED MY POD COMPLETELY WRONG , ALL MY FURNITURE IS BROKEN ,THEY STACK PIECES ON TOP OF EACH OTHER THAG SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN STACKED , HALF WRAPPED MY FURNITURE AND HAD THE PARTS OF THE FURNITURE THAT WASN'T WRAPPED ON THE GROUND , WHICH CAUSED THINGS TO RIP AND BREAK. I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED, TO BUY NEW FURNITURE AND PAY ALL THIS MONEY TO HAVE TO SHIPPED TO ME , ALL FOR IT TO GET RIPPED , BROKEN INTO PIECES AND RUINED” and hire a helper is telling me that since i accepted $91 for the movers tardiness that i am Not able to file a claim for my furniture which is worth way more than $91 RIDICULOUS

Although they were later than scheduled they communicated with us well and it wasn't a problem. They were very professional and courteous and very efficient. We were missing a tool to take the mirrors off the dressers and they had what we needed. Couldn't believe how they arranged everything so perfectly so that everything would fit in one trip. These guys really worked hard and we were so grateful for their help.

my move was partial and there were specific things I wanted moved in a small POD container.
Workers showed up on time. After understanding scope of job they had a plan in mind (and ignored mine-ha ha). Very surprised at what fit in the small container. Worked continuously and methodically for two hours. Moved a heavy upright piano. I protected wood floor for piano move with double layers of cardboard and ram board; was glad I did because the protective layers were damaged but the floor wasn't. Looking around at end for more to stuff in to prevent movement in the Pod.
Except for furniture my things were in boxes and bags. Would use again.
