We had a crew of 4 for 2 hours! They loaded our pod within that time and still can’t believe how much they fit in! They were all friendly and courteous and careful with things they handled! My items were packed and loaded without any major issues. -2 stars because: I had asked a few times that they bring items to my truck in a certain order and they clearly did not listen nor care. I had to stay in the truck and rearrange everything.
They got everything from my 3rd floor apartment into my truck and I was satisfied that they packed my TV's well, in the containers I provided.
All of my items arrived intact over my 1800 mile move, but that was mostly due to my packing/wrapping/arranging the items in the truck and safe driving.
They were late but that was OK because I was also running behind schedule. They didn't have tools to do some light disassembly or even a proper pen for me to sign the receipt. They did work hard and treated my stuff as it was their own. I would use them again despite my minor gripes.

Arrived late. Loaded the truck so carelessly that multiple pieces of furniture were damaged with deep scratches, broken items. Packed 60” TV between mattresses which subsequently fell during transit. TV will need to be replaced. VERY unhappy with their work ethic
