They were on time. One worker was not as fast to do the unloading, not sure if he was new or lazy. Seemed he was wasting time. The other, Greg, worked hard! They managed to hit the hallway light sconce and never bothered to fix it. Overall we we're just very happy to get the truck unloaded!

They broke the decorative front part of the washer. We have been in contact but not fixed yet. They quickly said it was their fault. The washer still works so not showing me down. You may give them a call to see how they are going to rectify.

I hired two helpers for 3 hours to load a 16ft pod. The pod was delievered early and the two gentlemen were able to come earlier. I paid for 3 hours and they finshed much sooner than that. They started as soon as they got there and never slowed down. The gentlemen were careful with all of my belongings. They were knowledgeable about how to load the items and they amazingly fit everything in the pod. Every square inch of the pod was used. I would recommend using the company for any move needs you have. I am extremely happy with the job they did and will use them again in the future.

The guys Giant Monkey Movers sent out did a wonderful job! The guys were on time, had all the equipment necessary, moved everything I had asked in the time frame quoted, and were friendly and upbeat the whole time. (Even though it was a very hot day!)
I would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone who needs some extra muscle during a move.

They were a little late, but they were coming all the way from Davis, and traffic on Saturdays is horrible going to the mountains. They were courteous and happy guys, worked hard and finished the work in half the time I thought it would take! I would definitely hire them again!

Guys showed up late (said GPS gave them bogas info),
they used a dolly with inflatable tires that left black marks on thr tile floor ( when asked why they did not used a furniture dolly, they shugged it off), attempted to force my washing machine through a doorway that was too small (scraped the paint off the door jamb), I removed the washer door so it would fit. I would say I had a problem with their service!
