I have had time to recover from my move now. I have been debating on if I should tell the truth or just let it go. I'm going to tell the truth... I regret the day I considered going with this group... inexperienced workers didn't even know how to disassembly a bed frame and I'm certain... my leather couch and side chair are damaged... they didn't even know how to pack the pod properly... I saw boxes of heavy picture frames on top of my bed comforter boxes already collapsing before they completed the packing ... my recommendation to anyone considering this group... Run Like Hell in the Opposite Direction

The guys from impact movers were very friendly and courteous. They were very careful with my things and made sure they put them where I asked. They work quickly and efficiently and even rearranged my furniture for me. I would definitely recommend them!

The movers were 50 minutes late but they were prepared for the job and they worked hard. They were respectful of my property and were attentive to how I wanted my belongings loaded and handled. I would use them again even though they were late, everyone deserves a second chance.

Guys were a little late, but this was due to calling the wrong customer. So the left and then realized they needed to come back. Surprised they did not have any moving equipment, but they made short work of my two bedroom apartment. They used care with my stuff. Overall it was a positive experience. Plan on using them again when I need to unload.
