We are highly trained professional movers with many years experience, we only hire movers with a minimum of 5 years experience. We specialize in everything from small households, to warehouses, to antiques and priceless pieces of art, upright and grand pianos, and everything in between. Ogre Man Movers showed up on time with large dollies to move our fridge, furniture and a large number of boxes. They were polite and kept at the task until complete. They loaded a pod for us and I feel like they did a professional loading job.

Dave(?) arrived 10 minutes late and other guy about 25 minutes late. Dave was literally an Ogre, so he lived up to the company’s name. Seemed mad at the world and almost disrespectful. He upset my 30 year old son so much that my son asked me to not tip and I almost agreed to not tip. Both guys were strong and efficient movers after they arrived. Other Ogre was nice and very respectful. Dave also arrived with his Pit Bull dog. Not cool considering my close friend was mauled by two dogs in Pennsylvania two before our move. I would not use these guys again

I would absolutely recommend this company.
The two men who came to help us, Xavier and Tyrone, were some of the most helpful and efficient guys I’ve ever met! They were able to help me and my husband load of all of our belongings in less than 2 hours!!!
They went above and beyond my expectations, and I am so glad I went with Ogre Man Movers!
David was also a big help regarding scheduling and getting everything coordinated!

Great job. On time. Prepared. Quick but very careful. Very professional. Very courteous. Can not say enough good things about the three men who unloaded the POD and helped rearrange some furniture.

Very friendly, good-natured guys. Got the job done quickly and were very easy to work with

Arrived late, left early (worked for about 2.5 hours, still charged for full 3 hours)
They left early but missed a couple boxes, including our large TV. I called them back as they were walking away and one of them ran back and shoved the TV box into the very front of the 2nd container which was much more loosely packed than I would have liked. After that, I had a couple of straggler boxes, a vacuum cleaner, etc. that I kept out to clean the house, and I had to unpack and re-pack the last 6' of the container because the packing was very haphazard.
Lastly, when I was repacking the container, I found a bunch of trash, including half-full soda cans that we had given to the workers, thrown into the container. Some of these had leaked and gotten onto the boxes or our other possessions. I had trash bags set out in the house, why would they just throw their spillable trash in with the rest of our belongings? That made me pretty angry.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We provide a follow up call after booking, we go over the job details with you, answer any questions you may have in preparation for your move and offer any additional advice on packing items and what's needed for a safe and speedy move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We provide a phone call when en route to your move and as soon as we get to your location we do a walk thru to see what's being moved. We then start to wrap and protect items if we are loading, and get them into your truck or Storage container as safely and timely as possible. If its an unload, we do a walk thru to see the lay out of your home and ask where you want your belongings and then unload and unwrap your items safely and speedy. In both cases feel free to ask us to re arrange any of your items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared to save time and money, everything should be packed and wrapped and ready for your move. However, we understand moving is quite overwhelming and can be a lot to deal with, in which case, were happy to come in and pack your entire household up, bring supplies such as boxes, tape, blankets, everything needed for a successful move. Then just sit back, put your feet up and let us take care of everything from start to finish.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been in this industry for over 15 years and have seen and done it all. We do everything from nationwide cross country moves, to office moves, residential home moves, white glove services for art and sculptures, to grand and upright pianos, vehicle and motorcycle deliveries, as well as animal delivery and everything single thing in between. There is not a single thing we haven't encountered and are prepared for everything we come across.

What training do you provide your crew members?
What makes us special is that we only hire experienced movers with a minimum of 5 years moving experience, the average is 7 to 10 years. What that means, is that very little training if any is needed, but provided when necessary to meet our standards for quality. Experience and knowledge is shared between movers on every job so our team continues to get stronger and more knowledgeable with every job. We look forward to turning your most stressful day into an enjoyable experience.
