No, they were not fully prepared for the job. I had just one item to assemble which they didn’t have the simple tool

Not very careful about the property and goods moved. There were two scratches in the wall and one damage to my item (dresser)

The guys were really friendly and arrived on time. It would have been good to get a call or email to confirm their arrival at least 1 day in advance, I wasn't sure if they were still coming since I had scheduled it a few months in advance.
I think it was challenging for the team because they actually needed more time than what I paid for (2 hours). Because of the short time, they couldn't disassemble everything. Because they couldn't disassemble, they left many dings on the walls and one of the walls had a dent as a result. I am hoping my furniture isn't damaged, but won't know until we unload the furniture.

The owner contacted me the day before to confirm our appt. The moving crew showed up on time. They went beyond my expectation when they performed the job.
