When you hire us you will get personalized, professional service. We have downsized and consolidated our service coverage to the DC Metro area ( including N. Va. S.Md and parts of the Eastern Shore. We are looking to provide quality over quantity so we can give each customer the attention they deserve. We can do packing, wrapping as well as loading and unloading. I will personally speak with you and answer any questions you may have. Marcus and Joshua ... we rate them the highest possible stars! They showed up on-time, communicated well and were professional and helpful to us the entire time.
They both handled our furniture with care along with all of our other possessions.
Marcus was able to pack our POD with precision to use every available spaces.
Glass tabletop and fragile furniture was well wrapped in moving blankets and plastic wrap by Marcus and Joshua.
We highly recommend them. :-)

Mark and his company were amazing help. I love the constant communication that he provided and when he arrived, they had all the tools needed for a quick move. I didn’t think all my stuff would fit in my pod but Mark strategically placed everything in the pod that we had space left. It blew our minds completely. I highly recommend them!

No text or call the day before as promised. Showed up two hours late. Left the front of the container relatively empty and then when they got to the end, not everything fit. It was getting dark so we just told them to stop for the night. The next morning when I looked in the container, multiple pieces of furniture were either scratched deeply because they were ramming things in last minute in the dark, or clearly broken because they were rushing on a Friday evening. They were nice enough but I wouldn’t hire them again for a container packing job. Guess I’ll see what else is broken when I unpack it.

We originally booked for 10AM and asked to be moved up to 9:00, which they accommodated. Mark was very friendly and professional. They packed up as much as they could in the container, could tell Mark has done this many times before. Would recommend.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We call and at that time answer any questions the customer may have. We confirm our information ( date,time, address etc). We are happy to take calls and help resolve any issues between booking and the day of the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Politeness, efficiency, excellent communication. We listen to our customers and provide feedback and advice if necessary.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
They should make sure they have furniture pads, shrink wrap, tape, rope or ratchet straps available for us to use. Also an uncluttered environment is ideal. Have boxes staged and furniture empty of breakables.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are experienced in all aspects of moving from simply rearranging someone’s home, loading up a college student to multi-million dollar homes.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and facing new challenges every day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members watch instructional videos and work beside experienced professionals, also we don’t hire someone without previous experience.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We refund up to one unused hour over our min..

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
