VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE..!! He showed up at my house with another guy and his teenage son to help.. Then he told me he can not do this job as he did not bring right person for the job and I should get someone else to help me.. I tried to explain him that my container will be picked up tomorrow and I need to load this today... He did not care and left... Only hire them if you want this kind of mess at last minute. Not Recommended..!!

They showed up on time and both men were very hard workers and took the time to make sure our stuff was cared for.. It was cold and windy but they worked great.. I really don't wanna move again but if we ever have to i'll use them again..

Both men who came were on time. They came with the mind set to work, and work hard they did. Both were gentlemen, polite and really cared about the move. Nothing was broken, and I would use them again.

(1) When the crew leader, Raheem, left after 3 hours with his partner Sean, the latter promised to return within an hour. But Sean didn't return until over 2.5 hours later, by which time my other crew were on the verge of leaving. (2) Raheem and Sean failed to understand a basic principal in moving: put file drawers, dresser drawers back into their housing on the truck to protect them. As a result, a plate glass shattered completely and one of the file drawer slides was bent and presumably discarded. (3) Although Sean worked hard for 2 hours after he reappeared at 3:00 pm, he overcharged me by $90 as by that time I was too exhausted to resist his arguments. (4) Extremely unhappy with my evaluation of their service, Raheem threatened to sue me for defamation.

Jay's moving and hauling were on time and had everything they needed to help us move into our apartment from a POD. They worked hard, were professional and made sure we had everything where we wanted it before they left. We will definitely use them again.
