Thats why we set a time, we do more then just one a day and calling me 15 mins before your move does nothing to help prevent wasted time and my money since i have to pay them. Please customers if running late give a 2-3 hr notice

Thanks for the review reason you had a hard time is because the truck was packed to the gills, please always rent a truck i little bigger then you think it saves time, your money and the chance it all will not fit, most places charge the same for a 14ft as a 17ft she choose a 14ft. We did get it all in somehow should have taken pictures.

Yea ok lol, ill let the 2 6'1 250 lb guys know you think there wimps. 5k moves and i have never seen a feedback like this, only reason you are leaving it is because you didn't book enough time and are trying to hurt ratings. good luck to you because if it was true you would have been on the phone asap.

This review is very fair, we did run behind because a customer underbooked for earlier in the day, we did do half the move the night before because the storage unit closed. We did come back next day 1st thing in the morning. As you can see no damage, she was happy except the tarniness which either way we would have gotten a review from her or the other customer dissatisfied, so please book enough time there are other customers that get affected if you do not.
