The 2 young men who were here to unload my container worked tirelessly. They were friendly, professional and conscientious.They got here on time and kept me updated as far as their arrival status.
The only issue I ran into is that my treadmill does not work after being put back together, it only turns on but does not work. UPDATE- The treadmill now works great. It was just that the safety piece was not in place, so the machine was in Safety mode.
These guys did a great job, and I would use them again.

My sister-in-law paid for this as a gift to me. I had a small electronic piano and several boxes to take to the basement. When I read the small print, which said she would have been charged "$40 per flight" of stairs, I realized she'd never be able to afford the cost of taking 20 or more boxes to the basement at $40 each. So I just left the piano for Happiest Movers LLC to move. I was happy to pay for the ONE flight of stairs they would have to climb to bring in the piano, even though $350 seemed excessive for what would never have been two hours of work.

The movers were originally scheduled from 9-10 am. I heard from them that they'd be coming in the 11-12p.m. hour. Then it changed to 12-1 p.m., then it was 2-3 p.m. Then I stopped hearing from them. At 3:30 I called the number of the person who had been doing all the "rescheduling" with me, but his mailbox was full and I could not leave a message. I was trapped in my house all day long. I had just moved in and needed to go get food and supplies but couldn't leave my house! They finally showed up at 6:16 p.m. and worked until about 6:45 getting the piano inside. Not at all worth the $350+ my sis-in-law was being charged, to say nothing of the value of MY TIME waiting for them all day long.

We are sorry you had this experience, and apologize that you were stuck in your house, when you originally booked the appointment you did not tell us you had a piano for one, it is against company policy for us to move pianos in the first place, if you were honest and upfront with us, we would have never scheduled this appointment with you in the first place. When you book an appointment through hireahelper, it asks you specifically, “is there a piano?”, if answered yes, you would have been blocked from scheduling this appointment with us through hireahelper. Based on reading this review you stated we charge $40 per box per flight of stairs, which would total $800, you just admitted yourself that the invoice was only $350 to move a piano up 2 flights of stairs. There are other companies that specialize in moving pianos, and they would of charged you $500 to $1200 to move it, had you would of told them you had the piano. When you booked this appointment and we called in confirmed it, you still didn’t tell us you had a piano, in fact, we even told you we had another appointment on this day and would have to get you taken care of later in the afternoon and you were fine with it, and said it wasn’t a big deal. In fact, to make things right, because apparently your neighbors came and helped you moved the only 5 boxes into the house you had besides the piano, we still gave you a $50 discount off the invoice to move the piano, something that’s clearly against our company policy had you would of told us you had one for us to move.

Timothy, Patrick, and Bo were outstanding! They were on time and ready to work which they did marvelously! They had to maneuver stairs and other furniture already in the house, but they never complained. They had a can do attitude

With a window from 7:00-9:00 a.m. they showed up just after 9. By that time I had already loaded 1/4 of the load. They started bring down the rest of the furniture and basically just put in the truck, not stacking or arranging what they brought down so I arranged and stacked myself. Not sure how much experience these 2 had, in my opinion, they were slow for the job. Not really having finished in the 2 hours that I paid for, they asked if I wanted to hire them for more time, not at $135.00 and hour for them 2. I don't normally give bad reviews, but being 62 and disabled, I think I was faster and more able to arrange the load.

Sir this review isn’t true by any means. You requested that we bring the stuff down and you wanted to stack it all yourself, you were very happy with us and left us a tip so we don’t understand? when we offered to stack everything you said you had no blankets and wanted to stack it all yourself. It was also at 9 o clock on the dot when we got there, we kept constant communication and you were very happy when we left, and wanted to leave a good review, and asked for both of our names, we’re a little bit confused?
