They showed up with no dollie! How can you move without proper equipment? I give them a low score because they did not have respect for my personal property. Other people had to teach them to move my refrigerator into the house. They kicked the bottom of my refrigerator to more it.

Customer had the impression that we provide dollies; which in fact we do. However it is at the customers request, which was not made. In addition it is best to let professionals do what you have hired them for; our team is fully trained to handle any move. as feedback was given by our associates who have helped this customer, they have assured nothing was damaged. It is unfortunate that we were unable to reach this customers satifaction.
