The two gentlemen who came to help us unload arrived almost thirty minutes early and ready to work. They were polite and courteous and friendly. There were unloading a truck for a small one bedroom to go into a fourth floor walk up brownstone. It was a difficult job with tight stairwells and difficult turns on the landings.
They worked non-stop for almost two hours and did a good job. There were some nicks and scratches on some of the furniture pieces, significant dirt from carelessness on the sofa arm and dirt and tears on the box spring, which was difficult to maneuver up the stairs and around the corners. I do understand their difficulty, however had they been a bit more careful and had they attempted to use the furniture pads as cushioning, I think some of the damages would not have occurred.
Yes I would use them again, however I would probably do a better job of supervising than I did.
The crew I used to help load the truck, albeit from a house, through a garage, into the truck treated each piece as if it was their own. This did not happen with this crew.

These guys were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and incredibly professional. They confirmed with us exactly as expected, arrived right on time, started working immediately, and, despite the fact that we had a lot of heavy stuff to haul down four flights of stairs, had an amazing attitude the entire time. If we were ever to move back to the area, we would hire them again in a second. We cannot recommend them more highly!

I had two helpers from 3 Brothers moving company that I found through HireAHelper. These two men were extremely helpful, doing a variety of tasks including organizing the heavy boxes in my large closet, shelving three large bookshelves of books, moving some furniture, assembling a lamp and lifting a new microwave. They were efficient, courteous and very hard-working. They broke down a very large cardboard wardrobe that I needed help doing.
They even brought all of the trash of boxes down to the recycling area in my building. I would recommend them again without reservation.

There we absolutely amazing. I was a little skeptical because it was an older gentlemen and his younger brother or son, but they did a quick and amazing job. They even temporarily removed my door to get my couch in. I would definitely use them again.

I received a text message the morning of my move asking if they could come an hour later than my scheduled time, which I approved. Only one of my two requested helpers was there at that time. The other didn't show up until almost 2 1/2 hours later, leaving my 60 year old father doing heavy lifting in 100 degree heat. I was extremely disappointed, but I must say that the first helper was excellent - he really worked hard to make up for his absent colleague. Unfortunately, I still ended up several hours behind schedule. I spoke with their supervisor on the phone at the end of the job, and he wanted to alter my bill to reflect the extra time, but I refused since we were short handed and he agreed to leave the charges as they were. I don't think I would recommended them to anyone, but I also appreciate that they listened to my complaint and didn't charge me extra.

3 Brothers called 1 week in advance to confirm job and location for job. On day of job which happened to be hottest day of year at the time, the 2 workers called for address confirmation and clarifying directions. The workers arrived early and were courteous and ready to work. I showed them the tasks to be completed and they immediately began working and worked consistently until job completed. They were careful with items and placed them where directed. They had to move items from ground level to 3rd floor apartment with no elevator so they were up and down stairs but never wavered. I'd certainly use them again and hope others who use them are as pleased as I.

These guys were great. Very professional and pleasant. They were on time, prepared and worked hard. They also helped fit all my belongings into the overstuffed truck. They strategically placed every box. Would definitely use them again.
