Before packing for your move, consider making a list of services needed, such as items to be moved, required packing materials, disassembly/reassembly requests, and special handling for items like antiques or appliances. If you choose not to have the moving company pack for you, follow these helpful tips: - Pack books and heavy objects in smaller boxes for easier lifting, while placing lightweight/bulky items in larger boxes. - Use wardrobe boxes for packing clothes, allowing you to hang garments easily. - Opt for uniform box sizes to facilitate stacking on the moving truck. - Fill boxes completely to prevent collapsing when stacked, and avoid packing fragile items too tightly to prevent breakage. - Seal boxes thoroughly with packing tape on both the bottom and top to secure items. - Mark boxes with content details, destination room, fragility, needed timing, and other relevant information. - Wrap small or fragile items individually to prevent damage or loss. - Ensure easy access to items you'll need immediately upon arriving at your new home, as the last boxes loaded are usually the first to be unloaded. - Create an inventory list to help both you and the moving crew identify items efficiently. - Whenever possible, repack items using their original boxes and packing materials, especially for electronics. - Certain items, such as money, securities, valuable papers, and jewelry, should be personally packed due to their importance and are at your own risk. - Movers will not handle flammable items like aerosol cans, paints, gasoline, oils, etc.

The 3 people from Little Justin's Moving worked hard the 2 hours including helping to pack boxes as well as put them in the Pods.
They moved all of the furniture we had hoped to get in the pod even though there was quite a bit of debris on the floor blocking their paths.
They also provided some suggestions to fill up the pod to prevent shifting of the load.
They worked the entire 2 hours without complaint.

In one word: Lifesavers! They were so good, we've already asked them to help with our move-out (we're military so we won't be here long).
These guys were absolute lifesavers and some of the best movers our family has ever encountered. The door to our POD was stuck and we thought it was going to have to be cut off. Lenny arrived and had it opened in minutes - and nothing was damaged in the process.
The team was great at communicating, polite, careful, diligent, wizards at getting large furniture through tight spaces, and FAST. We thought they'd be here for at least 8 hours (they literally had to carry our stuff up a grassy hill, down a sidewalk, then up some stairs to get to the front door). They were done in 4 hours and had accomplished more than we hoped to get done in 8.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from one of our professional customers service representatives.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On your moving day, you will receive a call or text from one of our professional movers letting you know their ETA (Estimate Time of Arrival). Once the crew arrives, they will walk your residence and clarify what is being moved.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should know what will be leaving or staying the day of your move. If you want the time to move faster, have the boxes placed in a designated area with labels already on them. Also, having furniture disassembled will help the process move quicker. But we can certainly assist with disassembling and reassembling as needed.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done everything from moving things from room to room to full service white glove moving. White glove moving means we will pack, label, disassemble, wrap, pad your things, load and unload them from start to finish.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love moving because we enjoy meeting new people and growing our family. After each move we all feel like family.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members do monthly training and each crew member has to train with a crew until they meet our training requirements so they can go on jobs safely.
