The two big strong dudes who arrived on-time to unload my Mom's moving truck were helpful, courteous, and careful. They got the job done in the expected amount of time. They even folded the moving blankets and prepped the truck for return to rental facility. The scheduler, John, was very responsive to ensure schedules were met and appropriate moving personnel were dispatched to the job. Definite highly recommend. They deserve your business based on their previous performance. If I ever need moving services, I will definitely use them again.

All Around Movers were great. Solid communication. The movers kept it to exactly 2 hours, no hidden costs. They respected my request to look at the labels on the boxes and distribute the boxes to the appropriate rooms. Something you may think you don't need to tell movers, but, I have NEVER had it happen. This time it worked - they were on top of asking me if there was any question as to where something belonged. They were friendly and professional. I recommend them. Really good movers.

All Around Movers did a fantastic job unloading my
moving truck. They were on time, professional, and fast. They were very careful with our furniture and even offered to set up our bed. The guys were fun to talk to and made our moving experience great. We will be using them again for a long distance move out of state soon. I would highly recommend them. They are the best. Great communication from John (owner). He made sure to touch base every step of the way and was as good as gold getting the crew in place to load our truck. Steve and Davis did a wonderful job, taking extra time to wrap theh delicate pieces and were especially carfeful while loading the furniture into the truck. My wife and I are grateful to all three of these gentelmen for their time, their dediction, their service and their faith! The send-off prayer was a great blessing!

The owner John & the two helpers we hired arrived on time started right away worked very hard were careful with our sons property. Even John the owner helped with a couple of heavy items after working all night! Would recommend this company!

The movers were excellent.
I only had a problem with the owner of "All Around Movers" whose name is John. John was not one of the movers, he just owns the company.
My service required 4 hours instead of 2 hours. Since the amount for 2 hours was held by Hire-A-Helper, I wrote the movers a check for the additional amount.
In that amount, I included a $40 tip for the movers; they did an outstanding job, and I wanted to give something extra.
When John called later that day for me to release payment, I told him that I included a $40 tip with the additional 2 hour moving fee.
He told me that "the movers won't get the tip, it will go to him."
I was very disappointed to hear him say that. He needed to give the tip to the movers; they deserved it.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We send out a text to every customer (it may take a day or so but you will receive it before your move) it requires them answer each question as it’s very important! If we don’t immediately reach out to you please don’t get worried, we stay busy and it’s our promise to get every customer taken care of with with the respect and full attention on the items they cherish. If we can’t get to the phone if you call, plz respect that we are giving a customer our full attention as we will give you on your move day!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Passion for what we do! A crew that will handle their belongings as if it were their grandmothers prized possessions, respect, trustworthy men that move really fast and the knowledge to get the job done and take every stress off the customers back!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have labeled boxes is a plus, everything packed and ready to be loaded, make sure we have a clear walkway to and from the truck (it’s a hazard and danger to your belongings and to the crew members), please trust we know how to load a truck and no instructions are appreciated.

The smile and comfort we see after a job is complete the stress just melts from the once tense customer to now a moved, loaded, or unloaded happy customer! Our number one goal is satisfaction and we strive everyday to make every customer feel this way
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have an in hand in the field training. We always bring a new guy of course he is an extra guy the customer does not pay for but what better way to train a man, you can’t teach moving you have to experience it. And to be a great mover you have to have passion and again you can’t teach passion you either have it or you don’t! We can’t see or know unless we put them inside the field!

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
