The move was quick and efficient.

The crew worked very efficiently and was respectful about my items. I only wish they brought a dolly to avoid carrying stacks of heavy boxes by their handles. It was a first floor move, but there was a walk up. Would use them again, though!

The movers were hard workers but did Not provide all services in my order. The also broke a lamp shade which I didn't make an issue of initially since they could have hidden it. They went out if their way to deceive me by closing my storage unit preventing me from seeing they chose to leave a large TV that was suppose to be taken to the last stop. They also bullied me by refusing to allow me opportunity to get my eye glasses to see that I was signing release of payment. The following day when I discovered the large TV missing from where it's noted in the work order that it was to go, they refused to go back and get it to take it where the work order specified. They also refused and texted that me that "money doesn't move me". When the management got involved and initiated a 3 way call to attempt to resolve, the mover accused me of using profanity on a supposed recorded call. Which the manager confirmed I did not.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
