What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will call the day before to confirm they are still in need of moving services. We will show up at or before the expected time of service.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Punctuality. If we are hired for packing as well we will come the day before the scheduled move with packing supplies and get everything into boxes safely. We will prepare the furniture for transport to insure nothing is damaged. Load everything up carefully, but at a consistent pace. Drive the truck safely to the new destination. Promptly unload the truck or container, and place everything in its proper position. We will also disassemble or assemble any furniture requested.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Pack all lose items into boxes that will not come open. Dust and clean furniture that will be moved.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled many local, long distance, and office moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The satisfaction of a job well done. Also traveling to different places for work.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We give on the job training. We show them everything from how to wrap furniture. The safest and most effective way to move furniture. The safest and most effective way to load and unload a truck. As well as all basic moving etiquette. We always have experienced members in every crew.

Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 10% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We cannot guarantee availability beyond the pre-booked time.
