Thank you for the team of respectful, conscientious and patient independent packing operators. Their ETA calls were very timely and appreciative prior to their service. After assessing the job their work began promptly and was done with much consideration of my presence and needs. They were genuinely concerned about being thorough and communicated with me at all time. Even though I was not as prepared as I would have like (improper tapping material and not enough bubble wraps) they were capable of making it work so that the quality stayed consistent to the end. It was a pleasure to work with such thorough operators that exceeded my expectations because I have had my dreads during some of my military moves ???????????????? My only regrets is that I will probably have a different team at my destination that may not be “EFFICIENT

The two "workers" including the main contact in the listing ****** ****** that showed up without equipment ghosted us after ten minutes. He even called to lie and told me he would come back. He blocked my number and Hire A Helper could not get ahold of him either. I was literally left stranded with my rental truck on the street and boxes in the hallway. Please do not use this service. The customer support at Hire A Helper was no help either, ultimately just telling me the only thing I could do was attempt to find another mover on my own.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
All that is required of the customer is to be fully packed and prepared before our arrival. Customer should have all boxes packed and closed completely, furniture completely broken down to make the move and packing of rental equipment alot easier. Customer should also have any small items either packed in a box or bag, or customer can store items in their personal vehicle.
What types of moves have you handled?
Efficient Movers have handled all type of moves, including local and long distance, business and office moves, as well as in home furniture moving.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The relationships with the many different people that we meet has been our favorite part of being a mover. We enjoy meeting people from many different backgrounds and walks of life.
