Were 2.5 hours late but I received notification about it and they explained that a worker got sick early in the he morning which put them behind all day- completely acceptable and I appreciated them letting me know. The guys were great, moved what I needed fast and apologized multiple times. Great workers, family owned, and incredibly fair prices

Kyle and his team were exceptional. We were in a bind, originally thinking we would unload our moving truck ourselves. However when we loaded it up we had help from neighbors and realized we needed to find someone quickly. As we were driving the moving truck from Atlanta to RI, I came across hire a helper and requested All Star on a very short notice. The process was so simple I thought it was too good to be true! Kyle was very pleasant on the phone and accommodated us when our arrival time was delayed. He showed up with a great troop of guys who worked very quickly and carefully. Everyone made sure to know where each box was going and put it where it needed to be. We also had them try and take up an extra piece of furniture for us that we previously didn't have the man power to do. They had no problem at all doing that favor for us. Unfortunately it didn't fit but they tried every which way and it was extremely heavy. We really appreciate their efforts to try. The whole truck was unloaded in about an hour. Lighting fast! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone and would use them in the future!

And followed instructions and took initative where appropriate! If you use ALL Star moving you will not be disappointed. In fact you will be thrilled! These guys were on it! From the first phone call from Kyle, to the boys coming and doing an awesome, professional, and efficient job moving all of the furniture into the Uhaul, to placing it all into our new house, my expectations were blown away. Kyle was super professional and communicated with me through the entire moving process to make sure everything was going smoothly. He also communicated that my time estimate might be short. He was right. The two guys he sent (I'm forgetting their names) were great. Totally respectful of our stuff, our time, me, and my family! This was the first time I had ever hired movers to help me move, so I didn't have any experience to compare it to. It didn't matter. It was a great all around experience. I would hire All Star Moving again without question. Thank you Kyle.

We charge an extra 15% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
