Had booked about 2 months in advance. Jared had called to confirm and told me what I needed to get. I called 2 days before to reconfirm and he assured me he would be there at 9 am. He was not! I called, texted a number of times - never returned call or text. I called Hire A Helper and they couldn’t reach him either. They offered no help at all. They told me they couldn’t have anyone there before Saturday (this was Thursday). The truck and driver were there and I had things already set up on the other end. It really put me in a terrible situation. Will never use them or recommend them. Poor, poor business!

I can't say enough great things about this service. It was easy, priced right, and everyone I dealt with was professional and helpful. My PODS container was unloaded in an hour and my furniture (and myself) were all treated with great respect. I would use them again with no hesitation.

Both men were very cordial, polite, respectful as well as professional. Jared, the experienced and lead person on the job, was especially so, not that Alex was not. They were very cautious and careful especially in handling the delicate items an heavy furniture. And did they work hard. The only suggestion that I would make is that they could have made their job easier had they brought along some equipment to assist themselves (such as a hand (truck) dolly and strapping) instead of making multiple trips carrying boxes etc. to their destination. I will very possibly have another moving project and would not hesitate to hire them again.
