Communication to confirm date of loading prior to the job and time of arrival was poor. Moving team did not show up with basic tools needed for moving/disassemble of furniture (alan wrenches, screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, etc). Other than the above, the crew that loaded my furniture and boxes did an excellent job with efficiency; they knew how to load a moving trailer to minimize use of space.

Mark and Rashad were extremely nice individuals, arrived on time, communicated well and took great care of my belongings. They had a difficult task getting a sleeper sofa from the 3rd floor, with a tight staircase, into the the truck and they did an exceptional job! Very respectful and would undoubtedly use them again and certainly recommend them to anyone reading this review.

We moved from our second home in Sag Harbor, NY to Litchfield, Ct. via three packrat 16' containers. The "My Guys Moving Service" worked non-stop for 5 hours without break, maintained at all times a positive and respectful attitude, and completed the unpacking/set-up in a highly competent manner. Mark and his team arrived early and completed the job in less time than we had planned (granted they had an extra helper than we had ordered) and it was AMAZING! Couldn't have asked for better, more professional movers. They carried so many large items up the staires without damaging anything which was a huge job well done. They even were experts in fitting all of our stuff in the truck we rented, they really knew what they were doing. Would definitely recommend them and use them for our next move. Thanks again guys!
