David and Montel were excellent help with my move. This is the first time I have used a moving company with a move and they were worth every penny. They quickly assessed my thigs and got to work organizing and moving to fit everything into the van and get to my new destination. I left them to do their work and they had everything packed in about an hour and they also took about an hour to unload at my new place. They were within my 2 hour time slot I had booked so I did not have to pay for more time. I would highly recommend them to someone making a move.

There is one and only one reason I removed 1 star and that is not necessarily the fault of Sebastian Moving. This was arranged through Porch.com and due to that fact, no one from Sebastian moving came in advance to see what was involved. Apparently, this is a policy between the two companies. This resulted in the job taking 2 trips and was understaffed for the job. The movers were exceptional and worked their butts off - I was very impressed with their hard work ethic and professionalism. Can't say enough about their efforts - A+++. Next time (if there is a next time), I would definitely work directly with Sebastian Movers and not use a service. I mostly blame Porch.com for the issues described here and directly hold them responsible for the overage charges I incurred.
