Workers showed up with NO moving equipment! I asked to be sure your workers had all necessary tools, dollies, straps etc. for moving large refrigerators, washer/ dryer, and large furniture. they told me everythinh would be wrapped and protected before moving! They wrapped and protected NOTHING!
It was very obvious your people were not trained properly in moving or handling fine furniture!
Also I paid for five hours and they finished in 3! I feel under the conditions i should be refunded the time NOT used. I have contacted my contact I was given...Steven Holling. I told him my concerns and was told he would contact the company and get back to me. NO RESPONSE!
