Joe contacted me right after booking to confirm the details off my move. We worked together to iron out the details of what would be needed for my heavy item move from a storage unit up a flight of stairs and to the final destination. He stated that for safety of my apartment and the items that we would probably have to disassemble, which wound up being the case. They did so very quickly, brought everything up and reassembled. Everything about the move was perfect. Five stars, will use again.
