They were readily available with communication and did a great job.

So professional and efficient! On time, worked very quickly and did everything I asked. Pleasant to deal with, too. Highly recommend!

They were very friendly as well as good and efficient workers, however they were perhaps too eager in their jobs. We went room by room and I told them which things to pack, intentionally leaving out things I wanted to keep on me, but they packed several things I didn't tell them to anyway.
They used some blankets for padding furniture, I gave them specific blankets and said they could use those, I wanted to keep some blankets on me so I put them in my open suitcase, and they took those blankets out my suit case and used them anyway
Finally I saw some pillows by the door, I wanted to keep a couple of them on me so I took them to the back room and put them on my suit case, and again they were packed anyway
I was able to climb over stuff to get my pillows back, but the other stuff is unreachable behind too many things so I'll need to purchase temporary replacements
I don't want this review to sound too negative, they did an amazing job overall, I'd just try to talk to them about asking if they're not sure if they should pack something

Great Job! Arrived on time and worked efficiently. The guys took our concerns into consideration and went above and beyond to make sure our personal belongings were safe and secure in the storage POD. Money well spent!
